As an experienced facilitator, I can help you develop a session from scratch or I can facilitate a session that has been created already.

Examples of Facilitation Assignments

  • Working with the senior leaders of an organisation over several workshops to create the purpose, values and strategic goals for the organisation
  • Working with a Board of Trustees to develop the School Purpose Statement and Strategic Themes for the next 3 years
  • One of a team of facilitators for a leadership programme developed by an organisation for their senior leaders.
  • Developing and facilitating a Capability Review session for a high growth organisation.  The purpose of this session was to review the capability of their key people along with the pipeline for key roles.  From this review, identify gaps and development strategies.
  • Developing and facilitating a Capability Planning session for the partners and leaders of a business.  This involved identifying what the organisations core competencies are, understanding how those core competencies are reflected in the current business model and agreeing the business model for the future.  This was followed up with a session on how the organisation would be structured for this new business model.
  • Facilitating a session for a NZ sport to present their 5 year plan and get commitment and agreement to roles and responsibilites.  This included breakout sessions to identify actions for a number of themes within the plan.
